Introducing my all-time favourite Healthy Fruit Smoothie. Just four ingredients, this Raspberry Banana smoothie is fresh, fruity and super healthy – I drink one at least three times a week!
Fruity-licious ☀️
Say hello to my favourite Healthy Fruit Smoothie. Just four ingredients, this tutti fruitti drink is made with zesty oranges, bananas, pineapple and raspberries. Honestly, I’ve been drinking these non-stop ALL summer.
If you’re on the hunt for a refreshing homemade smoothie that’s easy on the waistline, this is your answer.
A couple of months ago I bought a NutriBullet. I’m not big on kitchen appliances because space is limited in our apartment but I was keen to up my fruit and vege intake. And while our ice cream machine and waffle maker rarely make their way out of the cupboard, we use our NutriBullet everrry day.
And this Healthy Fruit Smoothie is my favourite drink. Made without milk or dairy of any kind, it’s pure fruit, pure goodness. The banana adds body, while the orange and pineapple give freshness and the raspberries, a little sweetness. This is actually how I start most of my days now. Sometimes I add a handful of spinach for a little bit of vege.
Not only is a smoothie a delicious and healthy breakfast, but with just four ingredients, it’s super quick and easy to make – and it fills you up. I also love walking out the door to work knowing I’ve already had a couple of servings of fruit! #winwin
