Something Sweet is 264 pages and includes 80 (amazing) baking recipes. Forty of the recipes are reader favourites from Sweetest Menu – chosen by you. You’ll find my NYC Cookies, my famous Apple Cake and my Big Batch Brownies in there. But you’ll also find 40 BRAND NEW recipes that you can’t find anywhere else. You’ll be able to enjoy my Lemon Blackberry Cake (that made the cover!), my no bake Lemon-Misu, my Jammy Crumb Bars and so much more!

Something Sweet is a flexi-cover book – somewhere between hardcover and soft cover. This format was chosen because it makes the book wonderful to hold and even easier to use in the kitchen since it lies flat. It is a truly stunning book but I don’t want it to sit on your coffee table. I want it in your kitchen, being used and adored every day!

Just like all the recipes on my website, the recipes in Something Sweet are written in grams, but I have also carefully converted them to cups. It is really important to me that my recipes are as accessible as possible. But I’ll be honest, cups are great for measuring liquids, but I always use a kitchen scale for my dry ingredients.

Most of the recipes in Something Sweet are full of gluten, dairy and eggs. However, I have tagged any recipes that can be made gluten free. You will find some gf favourites like my Flourless Chocolate Cake, my MIL’s Pavlova and my Caramel Fudge in the book. My new Honey Joy Slice can be easily made GF and you’ll love my gf desserts like my Hazelnut Ice Cream Cake and my Family-style Eton Mess. Many readers also tell me they are able to successfully tweak my recipes using gf flour (but I personally haven’t tested them all using gf flour).
