Jessica Holmes is a published author, recipe developer and content creator from Melbourne, Australia. She is the creator of Sweetest Menu and the author of Something Sweet baking book.
Her debut book, Something Sweet is now available for pre-order and will be released in bookstores around Australia and New Zealand on June 30, 2026.
It is filled with over 80 easy baking recipes, from cakes to cookies and everything in-between. Her readers voted for their favourite Sweetest Menu recipes to be included in the book, along with 40 brand-new recipes that can’t be found anywhere else.

With a university degree in communications and over 11 years of experience as a digital strategist and UX writer, Jess is passionate about all things content.
She has shared her expertise on copywriting and building a strong brand with the Tastemaker Conference and the popular Food Blogger Pro podcast.
Since 2014, Jess has grown her own brand, Sweetest Menu, and now boasts a loyal following of talented bakers around the world. Millions of bakers visit sweetestmenu.com and Jess interacts with her audience daily on Instagram, with over 330,000 followers.
Jess has appeared as a guest on a number of podcasts including Niche Pursuits, The Content Byte, Blogger Genius, Chopped and Eat Blog Talk.
