Have you been swept away in the donut craze? Since I bought my donut pan I've been loving making these baked treats at home. Chocolate Frosted Donuts with sprinkles and Cinnamon Sugar Donuts are my favourites so far. But there is a newcoming that has jumped to the top of my donut list, these amazing Caramel Stuffed Cinnamon Sugar Donut Holes.

Strawberry Cheesecake

It's no secret that I love American baking. And I love how creative Americans are, particularly when it comes to pies and bars. From chocolate pies to pumpkin pies, pecan pies to key lime pies, it seems everything can be made into a pie or a bar. There's cookie bars, smores bars, Oreo bars, peanut butter bars, caramel bars, cereal bars, cinnamon bars, blueberry bars and the list goes on. There is no end to their goodness!

Oreo Cheesecake Truffles

Sunday, 17 August 2014

Whip these out at your next do and watch them disappear! I made these for a friend's baby shower on the weekend and they were gone in a flash. And what's not to love? With a filling made from crushed Oreos and a thick coating of milk chocolate - they are a cookie lover's delight. Perhaps the best part, is how easy they are to put together - only three ingredients needed!

Nutella Chocolate Cupcakes

I am here to introduce you to a delicious and easy chocolate cupcake recipe. Filled with Nutella, these chocolate cakes are so light and fluffy. Topped with a beautiful Nutella buttercream, they become the ultimate chocolate indulgence. They were the perfect cake to celebrate my mum's birthday on the weekend.

Chocolate Fudge Cookies

Chocolate Fudge Cookies

Chocoholics won't be able to get enough of these soft and chewy chocolate fudge cookies. They are so easy to put together, you could probably make a batch right now. The trick is chopping up a block of chocolate into big chunks rather than using chocolate chips, that way you get generous pieces of dark chocolate in every bite. They are practically exploding with gooey chocolate chunks.

Baked Cinnamon Sugar Donuts

If you want your house to smell like your favourite bakery, than this is the recipe for you! Light and fluffy sweet cinnamon donuts baked in the oven and then generously rolled in cinnamon sugar. Donuts are my favourite and I love glazed donuts but some days, a soft cinnamon donut is the perfect afternoon treat.

Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Say hello to one of the yummiest (and easiest) ice cream recipes out there! Overloaded with fresh ruby red strawberries and crunchy chunks of biscuit, each bite of this ice cream tastes like a piece of creamy strawberry cheesecake. Do you love ice cream? It is one of my all-time favourite treats. It's also pretty fun to make at home.

Cookies and Cream Milkshake

Cookies and Cream Milkshake

I don't drink tea or coffee. Only because I don't like the taste of either. When your a teen, that's not a big deal but as you get older, it seems to put you in the 'odd' category. Sometimes it makes you feel like you must be missing something, particularly with coffee being all the rage. BUT the plus side, is you have an excuse to drink milkshakes. And who doesn't love a good milkshake?

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Sunday, 6 July 2014

Peanut Butter Cookies

Calling all peanut butter fans! Today's recipe is for lip smacking soft and gooey Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies. One of my all-time favourite cookie recipes, these chunky morsels will leave you wanting more with their buttery dough overloaded with melty chocolate chips. Best of all, they are an easy one-bowl recipe!

Red Velvet Layer Cake with Cream Cheese Icing + Red Velvet Crumbs

Red Velvet Layer Cake

This week's recipe is inspired by Momo Milk Bar's famous layer cakes. I can't wait to visit Momo's in New York next year but for now I will be content with creating cakes at home and decorating them in Momo style. I love how their cakes are generously covered in icing but left naked on the outside, offering a glimpse into the cake itself. Its messy but fun and its really easy to recreate at home.
