Easy no bake White Chocolate Rice Krispie Treats with marshmallows, coconut and pistachios.
Ingredients
- 80 grams (2 cups) Rice Krispies or Rice Bubbles
- 60 grams (1 cup) shredded coconut
- 60 grams (1/2 cup) pistachios*
- 60 grams (1 cup) mini marshmallows
- 600 grams (4 cups) good quality white chocolate
Instructions
- Grease and line an 8 inch square baking tin with baking or parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, add rice cereal, coconut, pistachios and marshmallows.
- Heat chocolate in the microwave, stirring in-between 30 second bursts until just melted. Pour chocolate over dry ingredients. Quickly mix together until completely coated.
- Transfer to baking tin. Quickly spread out into one smooth layer and press down using the back of a spoon.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour or until the chocolate is set. Cut into small squares and serve.
Notes
*You can use any nut you prefer, peanuts, almonds, pecans etc.
