These 3 ingredient Mixed Berry Yogurt Popsicles are the perfect snack at less than 150 calories.

  • 225 grams (2 cups) frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 375 grams (1 and 1/2 cups) greek yogurt

  1. Place your frozen berries in a large mixing bowl and leave for 10-15 minutes or until they start to thaw. Then add the sugar and squish the berries using a fork until they are soft and juicy. Next, add two thirds of the berries to the greek yogurt and lightly mix through – try to keep the pretty swirls! Then fill each popsicle mould 3/4 full with the yogurt mixture, before adding a teaspoon or two of the berries on top (be careful not overfill them). Finally, add the pop sticks and freeze overnight.
